A native of the planet Brekka, Margan believed himself to be infected with a disease which could be treated with the drug Felicium. He contacted T'Jon and Romas aboard the Enterprise-D to beg them to secure a supply of felicium from the Ornarans to treat the disease. In fact the disease had long been cured, and Romas was simply addicted to his medicine. [2]
