A Klingon General, K'Vagh was in command of the project to develop Klingon Augments using Human DNA. [2] His colony was almost destroyed by the Klingons when the project resulted in a highly infectious virus. Antaak and Phlox promised to perfect the Augments as a bargaining chip for K'Vagh to use in convincing the HIgh Council to spare his colony, but instead they developed a cure for the virus. [3]
