A Caatati, Rahmin visited Voyager in 2374 to beg for food and supplies for his people. Although Janeway acceeded to his request, Rahmin subsequently stole Voyager's warp core after it was jettisoned during an accident, and threatened to destroy the crippled ship if it did not hand over more supplies. He was eventually mollified by an offer of technological assistance by Seven of Nine. [1]
