A Federation Ambassador, Krajensky was replaced by a Founder infiltrator some time before the end of 2371. The Founder managed to convince the newly promoted Captain Sisko to take the Defiant on a mission to Tzenkethi space, where he planned to sabotage the ship to take it across the border and provoke a conflict. The plan failed and Odo managed to kill the Founder.1
