Mea was a native of Eminiar, and like all of that planet's population she had a highly developed sense of duty to her society. She was even willing to end her own life when registered as a casualty in the computer-controlled war which raged between Eminiar and Vendikar. She was prevented from this by Captain Kirk, and was ultimately spared when the war was ended by his intervention.1
