Admiral Erik Pressman1

A Starfleet Admiral, Pressman was one of the first officers Riker served under early in his career. Pressman was in command of the USS Pegasus, where he was testing an illegal Federation phase-cloak device in 2357. The crew considered the tests so dangerous that there was a mutiny, in which Riker sided with Pressman. The ship was believed lost during the incident, but in 2370 it was found almost intact inside of an asteroid. Pressman attempted to retrieve the phase-cloak, but was arrested by Captain Picard.1
