Daughter of Lwaxana Troi, Kestra tragically drowned at the age of seven. Lwaxana was devastated by this loss, and tried to supress the memories of Kestra for many years. In 2370 the grief finally overwhelmed her, causing her to lapse into a brief coma. Thanks to Deanna's assistance she was able to finally begin to deal with her feelings.1
