One of many who became trapped within a subspace anomaly in 2377, Bosaal joined the alliance created by Captain Janeway. He was asked to leave after Janeway discovered that he had raided another ship and stolen technology from them. Bosaal took several other ships with him when he left. He subsequently assisted Valen in attempting to raid alliance ships to steal resources.1
