Species : Humans
Adopted mother of Worf, Helena struggled to cope with the difficulties of raising a Klingon child. She tried to provide him with some elements of a Klingon lifestyle, including learning to make Rokeg blood pie.2Helena and her husband took custody of Worf's son Alexander after K'Ehlyr was killed by Duras in 2367.3 However, they returned Alexander to Worf in 2368 because he was having a difficult time fitting in to Human society.4
