Brother to Worf, Kurn lived most of his life with his true family name a secret. He eventually revealed his identity to Worf2, and the two worked together to support Gowron over the traitor Duras in the brief Klingon Civil War.3 When the family again fell from honour Kurn took it hard, eventually trying to kill himself. Worf instead had his memory blanked and a new identity put in place.4
