A Zakdorn, Kolrami was a master strategist who had the egotistical tendencies common to his people. He disliked Commander Riker, though Riker's excellent performance during the wargames between the Enterprise-D and the Hathaway reversed his opinion somewhat. Kolrami was an expert at the game of Strategema, though Data was able to frustrate him on their second match by playing to indefinitely prolong the game rather than playing to win.1
