Captain Scott was considered to be one of Starfleet's finest officers. She reached the rank of Captain faster than any other officer in history, and was not at all modest about the accomplishment. She had a secret meeting with Captain Rixx, Captain Keel, and Captain Picard on the planet Dytallix B in 2364 to discuss the conspiracy which seemed to be affecting Starfleet. Scott was subsequently subverted by the conspiracy when she was infected by an alien parasite.1
