A native of the planet Ornara, Sobi took part in that planet's victimisation of the neighbouring Brekka. He was involved in the sale of the medicine Felicium to the Brekkians, knowing full well that the disease which it treated had died out long before and that the only reason the Brekkians still needed it was that they had become addicted to the drug.1
