Wyatt Miller was Deanna Troi's fiance; their respective parents arranged the match when the two were only children. All his life Wyatt had dreams of a blonde woman who he hoped he would meet one day, and was somewhat disappointed to find that Deanna was not that woman. He subsequently did in fact meet the woman of his dreams, a Tarellian plague carrier. Wyatt decided to spend the rest of his life with her, trying to find a cure for the plague.1
