A native of the planet Edo, Liator had the easygoing attitude to life which is common to his people. He firmly believed in the justice system which his planet employed and believed that Wesley Crusher deserved the death penalty for his crime in trespassing on a flowerbed. Liator was extremely upset when Captain Picard refused to allow Wesley to be executed.1
