Lieutenant Galloway was a member of the NCC 1701 Enterprise crew in the 2260s. He was killed by Captain Tracey on Omega IV in 2268.2 Rather surprisingly he continued to serve aboard the ship after this, and was present when Janice Lester impersonated Captain Kirk by swapping bodies with him in 2268.1
