Commander of a task force of Romulan battlecruisers in 2268, This lady came close to capturing the USS Enterprise when it tresspassed across the neutral zone. She attempted to convince Spock to join her cause; the incident proved to be part of a Federation mission to steal a cloaking device. The attempt was successful, and the Commander was captured in the process.1
