Gem

Gem

Gem1
Species : DITL Species #213
Gem was a highly empathic alien who encountered some of the Enterprise officers in 2268. When they were tortured by the Vians she used her abilities to absorb the physical damage into herself, healing them ultimately at the cost of her own life. In demonstrating such selfelessness she proved to the Vians that her people deserved to be preserved when their sun went nova.1
