A native of Qomar, Abarca was a mathematician who was rescued by Voyager in 2376 when his transport was disabled. Like most of his people Abarca had little time for Human tact. He was unimpressed the the "primitive" EMH which served on Voyager, until he heard the hologram sing. Abarca was extremely taken with the performance.1
