A native of the planet Capella IV, Keel was Maab's chief lieutenant during his reign as Teer. He took part in the hunt for the Enterprise officers who escaped from captivity with the Capellans. Keel used his kligat weapon to kill Kras when he tried to interfere with Capellan politics.1
