A descendant of Captain Archer in an alternate timeline, Karyn Archer was a crewmember aboard the NX-01 when it became a generational ship after being thrown into the past to 2063. She had three non-Human ancestors, including an Ikaaran grandmother named Esilia. She served as the Executive officer and helm officer. She did not support Lorian's plan to steal plasma injectors from the earlier version of the NX-01, but obeyed his orders to do so. When the plan failed and the original NX-01 got the upper hand, she talked Lorian into surrendering to Captain Archer.1
