Rajiin1

A native of the planet Oran'taku, Rajiin was one of the slaves which Zjod offered for sale when the NX-01 visited the Bazaar where his stall was located in 2153. She attempted to flee whilst Captain Archer was nearby, and he took pity on her and assisted her escape. She told him that she had been kidnapped from Oran'taku at a young age and sold into slavery. Unfortunately Rajiin proved to be an agent for the Xindi-Reptilians who had engineered the situation as part of a mission to gather intelligence on the Humans. She had an ability to manipulate minds to a limited extent, and could gather physiological data on a person via her hands, either as an innate ability or perhaps via some form of implanted technology. Although discovered and captured by the NX-01 crew, Rajiin was rescued when a Xindi force boarded the ship. Her information was used in the development of a bioweapon for use against the Humans.1
