A crewmember aboard the J class cargo ship Horizon, Nora was a childhood friend of Travis Mayweather - the two enjoyed turning off the gravity plating and jumping up and down on the beds in their quarters. She was concerned when Travis's brother Paul took over the ship in 2153 after the death of his father, fearing that he was not up to the job.1
