An associate of John Frederick Paxton, Josiah was a member of Terra Prime. He piloted Paxton's mine ship to Mars in 2155 as part of the attempt to blackmail Earth into severing diplomatic ties with alien species.1 The attempt failed when Captain Archer managed to board the ship.2
