A member of the NX-01 crew, Mayweather was a MACO sergeant. He sided with Archer when he staged a takeover of the ship, helping him to capture Captain Forrest and subdue the bridge. Mayweather became Archer's personal bodyguard after the coup. He was shot when Forrest retook command of the ship, but survived.1 He continued to serve as Archer's bodyguard on the Defiant, but unknown to Archer he began a relationship with Hoshi. The two conspired to kill Archer, and Mayweather supported Hoshi's claim to the throne of the terran Empire.2
