A confidence trickster, Mobar impersonated Voyager personnel in 2376 in order to steal resources from other species. He generally impersonated Tuvok, and became so enamoured with the role that he actually risked several con games because he was inclined to follow Federation protocols. He was captured by the real Voyager crew after they managed to turn the tables on the gang.1
