A character in the Fair Haven holoprogram created by Tom Paris. Captain Janeway was attracted to Sullivan, and re-programmed him to be more desirable to herself. She had a relationship with him but tried to break it off when she came to realise that she was just indulging herself with a fantasy boyfriend designed to fulfil her every whim. She settled the problem by locking out any further changes to the program.2 Michael was reluctant to believe the stories about the 'magical' abilities of the Voyager crewmembers who visited Fair Haven, but came to believe it after Paris and Kim activated him within the holo-lab to do some maintanence on his program. Janeway informed him of the truth regarding Voyager's crew to resolve the crisis.3
