A Klingon warrior, Kor was briefly military governor of the planet Organia during the abortive Federation-Klingon war in 2267.1 A friend of Kang, Koloth and Dax, he swore a blood oath to avenge the death of Kang's son at the hands of the Albino, an oath he finally fulfilled in 2370.2 In 2372 he was able to recover the fabled Sword of Kahless along with Worf and Dax, but he agreed to set the sword adrift in space because he felt that it was not the time for it to be returned to the Empire.3 Although a greatly respected Dahar Master, Kor's age began to finally tell during the Dominion war. Nevertheless he was able to achieve one final victory when he was able to fight a successful delaying action against a large force of Dominion ships using a single Bird of Prey, allowing many others to escape to safety. Kor was apparently killed in the process.4
