A Hologram created by the Hirogen from tehnology donated by Voyager, Kejal was styled after a Cardassian. Horrified by the treatment she recieved from the Hirogen she joined Iden's rebellion. Her name was given to her by Iden, and was the Bajoran word for freedom. She taught herself computer programming skills after escaping the Hirogen, and used these to assist Voyager's EMH in repairing other holograms after Iden kidnapped him.2 She also attempted to talk Lieutenant Torres into helping the holograms when Iden later kidnapped her from Voyager. Her loyalty to Iden wavered somewhat when she began to realise how deranged he was, and she helped Voyager's crew to overcome him.3
