A local crime boss on a planet Voyager visited in 2374, Tau mounted raids on passing ships and stole their technology by transporting it away. He stole several items from Voyager on stardate 51386.4, including the main computer, the mobile holographic emitter and the Leonardo da Vinci holo character. Fortunately Janeway was able to recover the technology.1
