A member of the Romulan Senate, Vrax supported Admiral Valdore's project to provoke war between the major powers around Romulan space using drone ships to simulate attacks by these powers on one another.2 Vrax worried about the success of the project when one of the ships was boarded by Humans, and was quick to assure Valdore that they would both share equally in any punishment for failure. Vrax travelled in the company of a pair of Reman bodyguards.3
