An Aenar, Lissan was appointed to interact with Archer and Shran when they visited her city in 2154. She declined to help them deal with the Romulan drone ship which was being piloted by one of her people, and attempted to stop Jhamel from leaving with them. She relented when Jhamel convinced her that she truly wanted to stop her brother from helping the Romulans.1
