A Borg drone created when some of Seven of Nine's nanoprobes interfaced with the EMH's mobile emitter, One was extremely advanced since the emitter was 29th century technology. He had reactive body armour, multidimensional adaptability, and internal transporter nodes which allowed him to beam himself from place to place without external support. One was killed destroying a Borg Sphere which was attempting to assimilate Voyager.1
