A Dianaali, Tebbis was hospitalised in 2377 at the facility controlled by Chellick at the same time that the stolen EMH began working there. Tebbis was classed as an expendable patient as he was considered to have a low value to society; although treatment was available for his chromoviral disease, it was not given to him. The EMH stole some of the medicine from patients with a higher societal value and used it to treat Tebbis; he began to recover, but then a secondary infection took hold. As the EMH had already used up his allocation of medicine this went untreated, and Tebbis died.1
