An alien woman encountered by Voyager in 2375. Noss was stranded on a planet within a subspace sinkhole. Time moved more quickly in this region, and Noss had experienced several years on the planet whilst only months had passed beyond it. She befriended Paris and Tuvok when their shuttle crashed on the planet, and ultimately fell in love with Tuvok. As a Vulcan he was unable to return her feelings, but he did mind meld with her after Voyager rescued the trio so that she would better understand his outlook.1
