A fictional character created by Voyager's EMH, Loth was a Supreme Archon for the (also fictitious) R'kaal race. Loth threatened Voyager with destruction unless the ship jettisoned its warp core, part of a scheme the EMH employed to trade the core for the captured Captain Janeway.1
