A native of a planet visited by the NX-01 in 2152, Gosis was the military commander in charge of interrogating Archer and Reed after they were captured whilst attempting to recover a lost communicator. He was astonished when a medical exam revealed their physiology to be distinctly different from that of his own people, though he seemed to accept Archer's explanation that they were genetically engineered super-soldiers.1
