A Vulcan operative, Menos took part in an extended mission to penetrate a group of smugglers. He ultimate abandoned his people, joining the smugglers. T'Pol was assigned to track him down in 2135, but was unsuccessful. In 2152 the Vulcan High Command informed T'Pol that Menos had been located on Pernaia prime, and she was again sent to capture him. She was successful in this aim and Menos was returned to Vulcan.1
