Telek was in command of a small Romulan vessel contacted by Voyager via a micro-wormhole in 2371. Voyager managed to transport Telek through the wormhole to the ship, but on his arrival it was discovered that there was a 20 year time differential between Voyager and Telek - at his end the date was 2351. Telek promised to inform Starfleet of Voyager's fate after his return, but apparently did not succeed.1
