Voyager encountered this facility in the Delta Quadrant in 2375. The large station contained a replica of Starfleet Academy which the species was using to train agents to infiltrate the real Starfleet as a prelude to an invasion. Captain Janeway was able to negotiate a peace settlement with the station leaders.1
