A shuttle crash lands on the Drayan II moon, killing Ensign Bennett. Lieutenant Tuvok is able to make repairs and get it flying again, so although we never see it take off and return to Voyager, this may well happen. A second shuttle carrying Janeway and Paris lands on the moon without incident.
