Great Moment : The whole Flotter idea is a fantastic use for the holodeck. Imagine growing up as a child with such a toy to play with!

Plotline

Naomi Wildman is growing up a happy and contented child on Voyager - until her mother is trapped when the Delta Flyer crashes on a hostile planet while on a scouting mission. It falls to Neelix to care for his Godchild while Voyager races to save her mothers life.
