YATI : The idea that you can poison a whole area of space is just plain silly.
Great Moment : Kim playing his clarinet on the bridge. The music was lovely.
Body Count : The crew of the Malon freighter.
Factoid : This is the first sighting of the Malons, the delta quadrant's equivalent of the Exxon Valdez.
Quote : "Time to take out the garbage." - Janeway commenting on dealing with the Malon.

Plotline

Voyagers crew is going stir-crazy as the ship traverses a void over 2,500 light-years across. But excitement soon arrives in the form of an alien waste disposal worker who is polluting the whole area for profit - regardless of the consequences to both Voyager and the local inhabitants.
