Body Count : Technically, zero since none of this really happened. In actuality, hard to say but probably Voyager loses at least a couple of dozen.

Plotline

Voyager must battle against a species called the Krenim capable of altering timelines at will to eliminate their enemies from history. With Krenim ships attacking at every opportunity, the ship gradually takes more and more damage despite the crews best efforts. Out of options, Janeway must eventually make one of the hardest decisions she has ever faced...
