YATI : Quinn claims to have been bottled up in the comet for 300 years. Yet he later says his death wish was inspired by the misbehaving of Q, which mostly seems to have happened within the last decade or so. I suppose there could be some kind of time travel aspect to Quinn's punishment, but why would they bother?
Body Count : One, Quinn, who takes his own life.
Factoid : Writer Shawn Piller is the son of Voyager co-creator Michael Piller
Quote : "I am curious. Have the Q always had an absence of manners? Or is it the result of some natural evolutionary process that comes with omnipotence?" - Tuvok to Quinn.

Plotline

Janeway discovers a member of the Q continuum imprisoned in the centre of a comet nucleus. The Q, known as Quinn, is on the run from the rest of his kind because he decided to commit suicide out of boredom. When the continuum send a representative to recapture Quinn, Janeway must hold a hearing to decide his fate.

Analysis

A great episode.
