YATI : When he wants to leave the ship, the EMH tells Janeway he is 'resigning his commission' - but he never went to the academy, doesn't have a rank and is not officially a Starfleet officer. He shouldn't have a commission to resign.
Great Moment : The Doctors final performance for the Qomar.
Body Count : Zero, except for the Doctor's ego.
Factoid : Yes, the Doctor does do all his own singing!
Quote : "Tuvok, when have operations on this ship ever been normal?" - Janeway to Tuvok

Plotline

When Voyager encounters a species who have never heard of music, the Doctors singing makes him an instant planetwide star. But fame can be fleeting when the next best thing shows up.
