YATI : When the Doctor was singing in Italian why didn't the universal translator convert it into English. Then again, it is a dream so maybe he just imagined it that way.
Great Moment : The teaser, culminating in the Doctors song about Tuvok's Pon-Far.
Body Count : Zero
Factoid : The aliens bear a great resemblance to the Sontarans from the BBC's Dr. Who.
Quote : "Tuvok, I understand, You are a Vulcan man, You have just gone without, For seven years - about.
Paris, please find a way, To load a hypospray, I will give you the sign, Just aim for his behind
Hormones are raging, Synapses blazing, It's all so veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrry illogical!" - EMH singing to the tune of "La donne e mobile".

Plotline

The EMH adds an algorithm which allows him to daydream, and is soon imagining himself as the ships greatest asset. Meanwhile an alien species with designs on Voyagers resources are monitoring his fantasies, thinking it is a true picture of the ships routine.
