YATI : When Picard's team goes to Torman V, there is a Tamarian in the background of the bar. Have the Tamarians learned conventional language well enough to order drinks? Or did he sit down and say something like 'Alkazar, long in the desert'?
Great Moment : Although he's too unwilling to listen to others to be a great Captain, it's great fun to watch Jellico shake things up on the Enterprise.
Body Count : Zero, so far as we can tell - several Cardassians are shot, but I presume that heavy stun would be used on a mission like this.
Factoid : This episode was originally meant to be a crossover with DS9, with Quark in the role that eventually became Solok. That had to be dropped when it was realised that DS9 would not premier until nearly a month after the episode was shown! Even so, the Cardassian retreat from Bajor was first established in this episode so it served as a setup for the DS9 pilot.
Quote : "And... get that fish out of the ready room." - Jellico to Riker.
