YATI : The "escaping shuttle" sequence is really silly. Even granting that fiddling with the sensors could fire a thruster, how stupid is it not to secure these things to a surface? Plus the motion of the shuttle looks really wrong – I can't be specific, but the motion just doesn't look like what you would expect from a thruster in that position firing.
Great Moment : I really liked the character of Tarquin, despite the silly name... right up until he tried to make Hoshi stay with him. He worked much better as a sad and lonely figure than as an evil one, and it would have improved the episode significantly to keep him that way.
Body Count : Zero
Factoid : Exile is the first Star Trek episode screened in HDTV. It's a pity that nobody owns a HDTV set yet...
Quote : "No one will ever understand you the way I can…" - Tarquin to Hoshi.
