Plotline : After six fruitless weeks in the expanse Enterprise comes across the first lead to the the origin of the Xindi attack on Earth - a mining colony where a Xindi worker is stationed. Archer must deal with a less than helpful overseer to get to the worker, and even then the first pieces of the puzzle just serve to deepen the mystery. Meanwhile the Xindi ruling council debate their response to the incursion of the Earth ship.

YATI : There is much talk of platinum "in it's liquified state". The only way to liquify platinum is to heat it up so that it melts, and keep it hot.
Great Moment : The ship's new soldiers in action. Nice to see ground troops who actually seem to know what they're doing for once!
Body Count : It's hard to be completely precise; I counted 18 people shot during the MACO attack to free Archer and co., but we know from subsequent episodes that the MACO weapons at least have a stun setting. We do see one MACO break an alien's neck, and we do know that the Xindi is killed by the beam weapon that hits him. One of the MACO's also beats the hell out of an alien and zaps him with some sort of stun stick.
Factoid : This episode of course marks the first appearance of the MACOs – the acronym stands for Military Assault Command Operative.
